INFO: Harvested and selected by hand as the vineyards lie on the steep slopes. Fermentation starts spontaneously in open top fermenters and then the must is pressed off into used barriques for 24 months for an elegant integration and development of tannins. This is a great example of a delicate, highly aromatic, floral and smooth German Pinot Noir.
Lighter wine with bright red fruits, spicy complexity and smooth tannins makes this wine a perfect pair for salmon or chicken based dishes.
