INFO: The vineyard is approximately 100 metres above sea level, with high average temperatures and medium-low rainfall. The soft soil layer is clayey and quite thin, with a good presence of rocks. The grapes are harvested during the first week of September when they have reached optimal ripeness.
The grapes underwent temperature controlled maceration for approximately 10 days to extract the desired level of colour, flavour and fine tannins. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine was made in an unoaked style to preserve the vibrancy of fruit and varietal characteristics.
An intense aroma of plum, cherry and spice, with hints of rosemary and vanilla. A full- bodied wine, yet soft and balanced, full of ripe fruit flavours in an easy drinking style.
