INFO: Produced from equal proportiins of the three grapes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The secondary fermentation and maturation is for at least four years before disgorging. The wine then rests for at least nine months before release.
The perfect Champagne for occasions when something a little less dry is called for. With the taste of light caramel to extend its intensity, the aftertaste is fresh and amazingly long.
