INFO:   The grapes are produced on the high-altitude soils of Vista Flores  a small wine region located in the Uco Valley of Mendoza, The fresh juice is kept in contact with the skins before and during fermentation for one week and then for a few days afterwards before the new wine is racked off.  This gives the wine a wonderful added dimension of mandarin and stone fruits. It's  refreshing on the palate with super-lively acidity and not at all ‘oily’ in texture as Viognier is often prone to be
