INFO: Created in 2011, the Coteaux Bourguignon appellation covers regional wines that can be made from both Beaujolais and Burgundy - a combination of two different types of soil: granite for Beaujolais and clay/limestone for the northern part of Burgundy.
Louis Jadot Coteaux Bourguignons Rosé is made from 100% Gamay. The grapes are harvested by hand and then gently pressed, using the ‘saignée’ method, in order to
obtain a delicate pink colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the
resulting wine is kept in tanks for a few months before bottling.
Full of wild strawberry and raspberry notes, this wine is fresh and vibrant and will be a
perfect accompaniment to seafood, grilled meats or charcuterie and lots of fresh crusty bread.
