Grizzled Skipper Papillon Absinthe Verte

A complex absinthe distilled in the traditional way in a copper still on Dartmoor with the essential botanicals of wormwood, fennel and anise.

The wormwood and melissa are grown locally and give a delicious depth of flavour. Bottled at a high abv to preserve the 100% natural colour from Dartmoor Bramble shoots.

This absinthe is best served diluted with ice cold water to enjoy the rich opalescent louche.

The absinthe is named after a small rare butterfly found on Dartmoor. 1% of profits from the sale is donated to Butterfly Conservation.
