INFO: The 70 year old vines are located at 1050 m. After hand picking the whole clusters are macerated and then fermented with natural yeasts for 25 days. The resulting wine is then matured in the same vessels for 10 months.
Aromatically, it unfolds notes of linden, lime peel, and ripe pear, with subtle hints of toast and dried honey that suggest careful aging. On the palate, it is enveloping, with firm acidity, a juicy mid-palate, and a persistent finish
