INFO: The Château is located at the northern point of the Entre-deux-Mers appellation in the small town of St. Germain du Puch between Libourne and Bordeaux.
The grapes come from the Lieu Dit of Capmartin, where the vines are cultivated organically and according to "la lutte raisonnée", using sustainable agricultural methods and reducing the amount of chemicals in order to respect the land and its environment. The estate is certified HVE Level 3. The vines are grown in clay and silt soils which produce beautifully balanced wines.
The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity. Bottling took place after 18 months.
A delicious Merlot blend from Bordeaux with concentrated plum notes layered with subtle oak nuances. Beautifully balanced, with velvety tannins and a long opulent finish.
