INFO: The Chateau and vineyards have been at the northern tip of the Corbieres since 1770, located just to the south of the Minervois.
The grapes for this wine are destemmed and aged in stainless steel for 12 months with 20% being aged in barriques for 12 months to produce a rounded supple wine.
Concentrated fruit, earthy spice, great with barbecued meats.
