INFO: Now run by the third generation, Sébastien, the Robert family own 30 hectares of vineyards situated around Voigny and six other communes in the north of the Aube region. The soil is chalk and limestone, the average age of the vines is 35 years and they practice a strict form of lutte raisonnée. The Brut Réserve comprises 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Every bottle is aged for a minimum of 3 years prior to disgorgement. Their Champagnes are crisp, stylish and classic and develop richness with bottle age. The Robert Champagne has never tasted so good!
