INFO: The Lisboa region enjoys a maritime climate that allows production of fresh whites and balanced red wines.
All grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel with contact on the lees for 6 months. The result is a delicious, fresh and aromatic white, with ripe citrus fruit, apples and tropical fruit aromas. The palate has a texture from lees age which is complemented by a zesty acidity.
Perfect as an aperitif, with salads, white meats, sushi and seafood.
