INFO: Since 1933, Cantina  Negrar has crafted  quality wines: the finest, sincerest expression of a region home to more than 700 hectares of vineyards. Located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica zone on dry terraces in the hills from Negrar at an altitude between 150 and 350 metres above sea level.

The grapes are traditionally dried on racks for 120 days and vinified in January.   Ageing in 225 hl and 50 hl barrels of French Allier or Never Oak for 18 months and a further 6 months in bottle before release. Full bodied with a deliciously smooth mouth-feel and velvety tannins.
