The wine is produced using classic fermentation methods, allowing natural residual sugar to remain before being fortified. It is then aged for just over two years in seasoned French oak, adding layers of complexity, spice, and texture.
Deep purple in colour, which reveals aromas of ripe plums, dried figs, and roasted nuts. Sweet, rich, and complex on the palate, the wine shows layers of cinnamon spice and toasted almonds with a long, warming finish.
Perfect with chocolate dessert, cheese and cosy evenings in!
