London Clay Brut is made using the Charmat method. Wines made by this tank method are fermented in tank for up to three months keeping the varietal and freshness of the wine.
A delicate, pale pink rosé with a fine stream of bubbles and fresh, inviting aromas of summer berried fruit with a subtle floral note. Bursting with juicy red fruit flavours the palate is underpinned by lively freshness and signature minerality from the clay soils. Pure and vivacious!
