INFO:
Burgundy is a place of slight mystery to many wine fans, but really it boils down to just two main grapes: Pinot Noir for the reds and Chardonnay for the whites. All else is mostly down to the particular plot of land they are grown in. A Meursault, though, is perhaps one of the most recognisable of regions within Burgundy, with its heady mix of citrus, cream and oak. Jaffelin make one of the best we’ve ever tasted.
