Established in 1759, Delamain's simple objective is to remain faithful to tradition by offering Cognacs of the purest and most genuine expression. The name "Pale" is because no caramel is added for colouring and "Dry" because it has only its natural sweetness, no sugar added.

I often say that Delamain starts where other finish, since XO is really the entry level for them. In fact, they had to be convinced to put XO on the label, since this goes way beyond the normal XO.

TASTING NOTE:
The bouquet is complex with powerful and intense floral aromas, along with notes of vanilla. Its mellow and round on the palate evolving into full-bodied fruit flavours with hints of liquorice. An excellent partner to chocolate desserts or serve on its own as a digestif
