Traditionally equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari, the Negroni is said to have been invented in 1919 in Florence when Count Negroni insisted on a stronger Americano cocktail with gin to replace the normal soda water.
Negroni 58 is our contemporary take on this classic recipe, blending navy strength dry gin, FireShip 58, with one of the world's finest sweet vermouths in Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino, and the iconic Italian liqueur, Amaro Montenegro, made in Bologna following an unchanged secret recipe since 1885.
The result is a perfectly balanced, bitter-sweet apéritif cocktail, made for the adventurous.
