Produced from single vineyards on the small family farm in Breede Valley with minimal intervention. Fermentation is in neutral oak barrels and the wine is aged for 14 months before blending. Blue and black berries, a slight herbal afternote, with hints of eucalyptus and violet. Deliciously smooth.
