INFO:  Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were separately harvested from vineyards in the Murray/Darling valley area and vinified separately. The constituent wines were blended by Rosemount's top winemakers - approx. 85% Shiraz and 15% Cabernet - with 10% of this wine being oaked for 3 months and 90% matured in stainless steel vats. The final wine was then back blended and bottled.

 A vibrant burst of raspberries, plums and blackcurrants, closely followed by subtle pepper and spice notes,. A soft, juicy and refreshing delight!
