INFO: The name `Torno` stems from the old Monastery where the winery is located; the monks would place food and clothing onto the base of a rotating door which they would turn `torno`. 100 % Tempranillo, this fantastic Crianza was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels before resting in bottle. The nose is perfumed with violets and cherries. The palate is fresh and structured with notes of caramel on the finish from the oak ageing.
Serve with slightly spiced meats such as salami's, chorizo and mature cheeses.
