The grapes are from a single small vineyard of old vines dating back to 1924. The grapes are picked and destemmed by hand before a fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged briefly in aged oak before spending 2 years in bottle. The result is a concentrated but elegant wine, with aromas of plums and red berries A full, fruity but elegant mouthfeel and intense flavours.
