INFO: Made predominantly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru sites. This is left on the lees for an average of three years with a relatively low dosage. The resulting champagne is generous and open with aromas of red berries and a light expressive palate of red gooseberries and raspberries. Great freshness with a lengthy finish
