Brainchild and collaboration between longtime UK-based wine merchant James Fleetwood, Languedoc exporter Tim Smith and the acclaimed winemaker Floris Lemstra, Forgeron Dubois takes its grapes from the cooler part of the Minervois. Their wines are meant to show off the varietals they use, but show a certain restraint and balance to be able to accompany good food. This is an eminently quaffable red which will leave you wanting more.
