INFO: A relatively new wine from the successful Sharpham Estate located on the banks of the River Dart near Totnes in South Devon. After some skin contact the grapes are allowed to ferment naturally relying on wild yeasts. Resulting in a zesty textured wine with flavours of stone fruit and grapefruit.
