Papillon Gin 70cl- Devon

Brainchild of a husband and wife duo based in Moretonhampstead, Dartmoor, Papillon is so named in honour of the endangered Pearl Bordered Fritillary which feeds on the local violets. Indeed, 1% from every bottle sold is donated to the Butterfly Conservation project to help ensure our English wildlife is well maintained. A very recent newcomer, and currently the only gin to actually be distilled on the moor, this is a very delicate, floral and easy-to-drink gin.

ABV: 42%
BOTANICALS: Citrus-led, with chamomile, rowanberries, gorse and violets
FLAVOURS: A lively citrus start, with more subtle floral, fruity and herbal undertones. Engaging, so don't overpower it with a strong-flavoured tonic
