INFO: The grapes are harvested when they have reached optimum maturity in the cool of the night, to maintain the quality.
The cuvée was vinified without the addition of sulphur. The best parcels of fruit were carefully selected before undergoing short pre-fermentation maceration, to extract fruit flavours, aromas and desired levels of structure-giving tannins. Vinification took place in a combination of temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and concrete vats, without the influence of oak, to retain the pure fruit character. The wine was aged in concrete vats prior to being gently fined, filtered and bottled.
An appealing, fruity wine bursting with aromas of vibrant red-berried fruit. Juicy notes of wild strawberry and redcurrant are complemented by sweet spice, silky tannins and a soft finish.
