What is all the fuss about?

The organic food movement has been building momentum since the 70s, but didn't really come into its own until the 2000s. The wine market is no different, although some regions have been quicker to espouse these principles than others. France, in particular, has long seen the benefits both economic and ecological of organic status, whereas some of the new world countries seem to be less enthusiastic.

During this tasting, we'll be trying some of the organic and biodynamic wines we have in stock, and explain some of the practicalities behind what these terms actually mean in terms of their use. How do wineries become accredited, what is the impact, and most importantly, does it make the wine taste better?!
